Are you all ready for the summer? You might have heard the term ‘bikini body’ being thrown around. We think everybody should be able to wear a bikini, no matter their shape or size, but we totally get it if you want to lose some weight to feel more secure in your body. Upper legs can be a real source of insecurity for a lot of people. If you want to slim them down a little, we’ve got a few tips that might help you out.

Bikini body

Besides wanting to slim down your legs, perhaps you also want to get rid of the armpit fat hanging out of your bra or bikini top. If you want to work on getting rid of armpit fat you will need to focus on cardio and strength training, especially for your chest and back. By doing four different exercises every day for about 15 to 20 minutes, you might be able to reduce or even get rid of your armpit fat.

If you want to slim down your thighs, this workout might just be perfect for you. It only takes 12 minutes a day and you can simply do it at home without needing any props or equipment. These exercises are designed to get rid of the fat on your thighs. We can’t guarantee that it works for you, but it is definitely worth a try and won’t do any harm. Besides doing these exercises, you might also want to change up your diet a little bit. A diet that’s low in saturated fats and high in fruits and veggies is ideal. Combine that with the following exercises, and there’s a good chance you’ll achieve your desired bikini body!
